Foods that cool down the body 🍉🍊🍅🍇

In summer we forgetย  to hydrate our body and keep it fit. Well, we don’t want our body to dry up because of the sun’s heat๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜….
There are some fruits and foods that would help you to stay cool throughout the day and your body will be hydrated.

1. Watermelon


Watermelon is loaded with nutrients like iron, potassium, beta-carotene and vitamin C that are good for health. As the name suggest, 95 percent of the fruit is water. Taking a slice or two of watermelon every day has a cooling effect on body and beat heat stress.

2. Coconut water


Tender coconut is a perfect summer food. With well balanced nutrients and vitamins, it enjoys the title of purest and healthiest form of water. Drinking coconut water every day prevents dehydration in summer and hence beat heat stress.

3. Cucumber


Cucumber is the most widely eaten food during summer in India. Thanks to its cooling properties that instantly act to bring down body temperature. It tastes so good that everyone likes it. Include this summer food in your salad every day to stay away .

4. Lemon


Lemon cools the body like no other food. This multi-purpose fruit never fails to have positive health affect when taken in any form. Eat it along with lemonade or simple lemon juice prepared with sugar. Have a dash of lemon with your favorite salad.

5. Sugarcane


Sugarcane juice is a favourite juice of many. With lots of sugar content, it boosts the energy level of the body. Besides this, it also has cooling affect on the body. Have a glass of sugarcane juice every day to balance the body temperature in summer.

6. Pomegranate


Pomegranate is considered as heavenly fruit as it has lots of nutrients. Patients of cancer and other fatal disease who undergo medical treatment are advised to drink pomegranate juice daily as it helps to recover the body quickly. Many are not aware of the fact that it is also an excellent cooling food. Drink a glass of pomegranate juice daily to bring down body temperature naturally.
